Bookings are from Saturday to
Saturday. Entry not before
4.00pm and properties must be
vacated by 10am on the day of
departure. |

All bookings to be confirmed
with a deposit (25% of weekly
rental) within 7 days. |

Balance due 8 weeks before
arrival. |

If the reservation is cancelled
every effort will be made to
re-let the property. If this
fails the balance of the rent
will be payable. The deposit is
non refundable. |

The proprietors accept no
responsibility for: (a) any
injury to residents or their
families (b) any damage to any
property belonging to any of the
above, including motor cars. |

Hirers will be liable for damage
they cause to the holiday
properties structure or
inventory. |

7 |
In some cases, refundable damage
deposits will be required. This
refundable deposit is to be
sent 2 weeks prior to start of
holiday. This will be returned
as appropriate shortly after
departure. |

Numbers of people occupying the
property must not exceed the
numbers stated in details, i.e.
4 plus baby. |

9 |
The proprietors reserve the
right to decline accommodation
and to order any unauthorised
person off the premises. |

Holidaymakers are requested to
leave their property as clean
and tidy as they find it. |

11 |
Regretfully no pets permitted.
