The Kitchen and Dining Area

The roomy kitchen/dining room comes fully fitted with electric oven and hob, including all the modern integrated conveniences such as a washing machine and dryer, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and microwave.

French doors lead out of the kitchen/dining area to a back garden with barbeque area and garden furniture. 

Generous private parking is also provided at the rear of the property.
 

The Garden

To the front of the property is a walled garden, attractively designed with a lawn, shrubs, and rock garden, with gravel beds along the side of the house.
 

The Living Room

The open plan living room boasts stunning views across the golf course to the North Sea.  It is very well equipped with a wall mounted colour plasma television with integrated DVD player and Sky Television.
 

The Bedrooms

Upstairs there are two bedrooms, each sleeping two people. The luxurious master bedroom has a superking bed (which can also be converted into twin beds if required) and the second bedroom has twin beds, both with spacious fitted wardrobes and solid pine furniture. Both rooms also have wall mounted colour plasma televisions. High quality mattresses ensure a comfortable stay. Quality white cotton bed linen is provided for guests.

The views from both bedrooms are exceptional.
 

The Bathroom

The property provides a downstairs cloakroom facility and an upstairs bathroom with white combination bath and shower providing versatility for families.  Quality white cotton towels are also provided for guests.
 

Accommodation Extras

We provide a high chair and cot for families with a baby.
